Terms and Conditions for "Book The Booth"
General Information:
"Book The Booth" is a service offered by DjSuperStore, aimed at DJs who want to practice, record promotional sets, or livestream. The booth is professionally equipped to provide an optimal experience for users.
Rates and Payment:
Access to the DJ booth is paid, at a rate of 6 EUR/hour (approximately 30 RON/hour).
Payment is made online, in advance, at the time of booking, and amounts paid are non-refundable.
Users must respect the reserved time slot. Exceeding the booked time by more than 5 minutes will incur an additional fee equivalent to one full extra hour.
Session Booking:
Bookings are made exclusively through our online platform, depending on available time slots.
At the time of booking, the user must select the type of session desired: Practice, Recording, or Mentorship.
Conditions of Use:
Users must follow the rules and policies of DjSuperStore regarding the use of equipment.
Users are responsible for the equipment used during their sessions.
In case of equipment damage, users will be responsible for repair or replacement costs.
The space is video monitored 24/7, and by making a booking, users agree to conduct their activities in a monitored area.
Cancellation and Rescheduling of Bookings:
Organizers reserve the right to cancel sessions for unforeseen reasons, and users will be informed in a timely manner.
Sessions booked and paid for by users are non-refundable.
Privacy and Data Protection:
DjSuperStore is committed to protecting the confidentiality and security of users' personal data, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Video monitoring is used exclusively for the safety of people and equipment.
Changes to Terms and Conditions:
DjSuperStore reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, with prior notification to users via the website. Changes will take effect on the date of publication.

Rules and Policies for "Book The Booth"
To ensure everything works smoothly, here’s what you need to know before arriving.
We know music can sweep you away and make you lose track of time, but it is very important to respect your reserved time slot. Exceeding the booked time is not allowed, even if the next slot appears free. If your session exceeds the reserved time by more than 5 minutes, an additional fee equivalent to one full extra hour will apply.
The space for the Book The Booth project is arranged in the smallest detail—you’ll see when you arrive—and we ask that you keep it that way so that others can enjoy the experience as well. If something goes wrong, it is your responsibility to restore it to its original state.
📹 For your safety and the protection of equipment, please note that the space is video monitored 24/7.
Traffic can be a nightmare, and it’s often difficult to arrive on time anywhere, so to fully enjoy your reserved time, try to arrive 10–15 minutes early.
Here’s what you’ll find in the DJ Booth: 2 x Media Players / 1 x DJ Mixer / 2 x Turntables / 2 x Speakers / 1 x Recorder. These are already set up in their positions and cannot be moved or rearranged. If your mix requires other devices or accessories (laptops, USB sticks, headphones, vinyl, needles, etc.), you must bring them and adjust to the available space.
To make your experience unforgettable, watch a few tutorials on YouTube that explain the main buttons and functions on DJ equipment. Don’t forget to scan your music library with Rekordbox (export mode is free and can be downloaded here: https://rekordbox.com/en/download/), create a playlist, and export it to a memory stick or SD card. We recommend sticks up to 32 GB to avoid technical incompatibilities.
It’s easy to get carried away when you’re in the flow, but don’t forget to monitor the audio volume. If it exceeds 0 decibels on the mixer’s VU meter, both the recording and the sound in the DJ Booth will be distorted and of poor quality. The system may also shut down if the volume remains in the red for more than 3 minutes.
To ensure your experience is memorable, the equipment is checked and tested periodically.
If anything goes wrong during your set, please notify us so we can fix it quickly without disrupting your session.
1 is perfect, 2 is also perfect, but 3 is about as busy as we can get. Because the space is small and cozy, your mix should not cause congestion. Access to the DJ Booth is allowed for up to 3 people at the same time. This space is not a party venue; if you are planning something like that, please email info@djsuperstore.ro and we can offer an alternative space.
As you probably know, liquids and electronic equipment do not mix well. To avoid interruptions, please leave drinks in the café or on the designated shelf at the DJ Booth entrance.
If you booked a slot for Mix Recording, make sure the recorder is in Rec Mode and remember the recording number. Complete the form by scanning the QR code next to the recorder or using the Mix Recording Request link, and we will reply with a link to your recording after it has been downloaded. Recordings are downloaded at the end of each month.
